Bug Description

In the latest Trunk version of Stellarium in "Minor Solar System Objects" the "Import orbital elements in MPC format..." in Asteroids (http://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/Ephemerides/Bright/2017/Soft00Bright.txt) and Comets (http://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/Soft00Cmt.txt) both lists obtained appear empty, thanks, greetings, Giuliano.

I have modified all the link lists from http to https and now all work except MPCAT: Numbered objects (https://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/ECS/MPCAT/mpn.txt), of almost 100 MB, which blocks the program, greetings, Giuliano.
