Booking should sort the resources in alphabetic order

Bug Description
Both in Web client and XUL client:
1. Search for a patron.
2. Pick a patron and navigate to "Other" -> "Booking: Create or Cancel Reservations"
3. Choose a Bookable Resource Type (this list seems to be alphabetized) - pick on and click next
4. This screen contains a list of resources of the selected type. They are not alphabetized.

I'm commenting on this bug to make it easy to distinguish from 1816475
In the new Create Reservation popup the list of resources is not in alpha order (see screenshot)
