contrail-openstack-database installation failed on OSP11 build-5.0.0-87

Installation failed due to " adduser: unrecognized option '--quiet"
there is no option --quite while adding user.

[root@overcloud-contrailanalyticsdatabase-0 ~]# yum install contrail-openstack-database

adduser command in rhel does not take --quiet option
