Please sync afbinit 1.0-3 (multiverse) from Debian unstable (contrib)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu change to add missing includes are now in latest Debian release. I'll try PPA to build it and check if it builds fine in sparc.

afbinit (1.0-3) unstable; urgency=low

   * Add missing includes (Closes: #451635)
   * Remove 'Local variables' from debian/changelog

PPA doesn't build sparc packages: Bug #173866

It should build without problem, because the only changes are from Ubuntu latest package to add missing includes.

Hi! Daniel Holbach told me that section will be replaced in Ubuntu automatically. So there isn't any problem =)

Marco: that was when it contained 'contrib', that's something we override anyway ('multiverse'). In this case, I'd recommend sticking with whatever section Debian uses nowadays, as it doesn't make sense to just diverge for 'section' reasons.
