I found source of the problem:

cinnamon-session[2086]: GLib-GIO-ERROR: t+0.06432s: Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.file-sharing' does not contain a key named 'enabled'

I downgraded gnome-user-share package and problem disappeared.

Version of gnome-user-share causing issue: 3.18.3-3 (bionic)
Version of gnome-user-share which works without issues: 3.14.2-2ubuntu5 (artful)

Version of cinnamon affected: 3.4.6-1

I think this bug is critical for cinnamon users.

This bug is still present also with cinnamon 3.6?

I removed gnome-user-share from cinnamon-desktop-environment recommends in 3.6 closing this: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=874190
Is there another thing related causing this or can be closed?

Even if cinnamon-desktop-environment no longer pulls in gnome-user-share, it may still be pulled in by other metapackages like gnome-core and vanilla-gnome-desktop that may be installed alongside cinnamon-desktop-environment. This should not be closed until the bug is actually fixed.
