web client: place holds large green box

Library feedback from testing 2.12.8 and 3.0.2

Patron Record > Holds Tab > Place Hold button > Advanced Search > Place Hold

There is a large green box that appears after the hold information. It's not as noticeable
on the initial Place Hold screen because it's a longer screen (if you scroll down you will see it). It is very noticeable on the second Place Hold screen (after clicking submit where you get the hold confirmation).

Libraries are wondering if there is a way that this could be white instead of green?

This is no longer an issue in the experimental catalogue in 3.5 and so should be resolved long term when the current catalogue is replaced.
