system hangs immediately when keyring error appears

Right after the system launches (unity i think) the comoputer hangs. I have mouse only. nothing works. Error message on screen is a Keyring error dialog but the buttons don't activate. all is dead.

1) Is this something that started happening after an update?

2) To see if this is already resolved in Ubuntu, could you please test http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ and advise to the results?
