[Usability] The window title can not be fully shown on marquee if the page's title is long

When I am browsering webpages, the pages' title will be shown on the marquee. However, if the title is long, it could not be fully shown, some characters will be hidden by the date part of the marquee. This looks a little ugly, Is there some way to improve this?

Reproduce steps:

Launch midbrowser and visit a page with long title

Current result:
----------------
Part of the title will be hidden by date part of the marquee

Expected result:
----------------
There should be a better way to handle this condition, although I haven't figured out one.

This is really a general ui-framework bug. The marquee plugin should come up with a better way of displaying the title bar. When a title bar is too long, may be it should print part of the title followed by "....". And when the user move the pointer to the title area, it will display the entire title in the marquee area.

Currently, window title will be truncated with '...' ended if it is too long to fully display on marquee. Please verify it and see if it is acceptable.

Verified in marquee-plugins 0.20, long window title ended with " . . . " on marquee bar. Close it.
