Bug Description

This is a followup to bug 1301776.
That fixed the issue with Unity, this is using xfce.
The bug has been present for several versions of Ubuntu and is still present in 17.10 xfce 4.12 (Xfwm4)

Works fine with MATE's Marco, but not with xfwm4 (18.04).

However, maximizing the window is possible.

The update-manager actually disables resizing for its window -> self.set_resizable(False), so I do not think that this is a bug in xfwm4.
