Bug Description
Setting up a custom local simplestreams server (just a python SimpleHTTPServer) if I make a typo for the path of the agent then during bootstrap runs endlessly as it attempts many times to download an agent url that gives a 404.
The setup is outlined here: http://
includes the directory layout, the stream metadata json contents (note the type of .tga not .tgz in the "path:")
