RFE: Alllow quickstart to execute a dry run for user visibility

Bug Description

It has been requested that a dry-run or --list-tasks be added to quickstart.sh such that users can see what exactly will be executed prior to executing.

e.g. ansible-playbook -i production webservers.yml --tags ntp --list-tasks

    add dry-run or list-tasks to quickstart.sh

    This will help users understand what will run
    prior to actually running quickstart. This
    could also be using in debugging playbooks.
