The test docker and the overcloud controllers are on different timezone's and the timestamps are not synced hence the test failed...

the URL mentioned in the description will only be used for debugging purpose and not the reason for the failure. Will fix the debug message output gathering as a lower priority issue and fix it along with other bugs.

this is the provisioning issue. Fixed it in contrail-ooo-deployer ansible code (NTP)
