Bug Description
chrony is the default ntp daemon on RHEL systems.
"chrony can usually synchronise the clock faster and with better time accuracy." https:/
All of my other non-overcloud node already using chrony
I do not really like the situation of using a different daemon just for the overcloud nodes.
chrony is able to use various refclock:

including KVM virtual PTP which can be very handy.

Since we currently use puppet to configure the NTP services and the support for chrony is minimal at best, we do not support chrony at this time. We might some day as we switch away from puppet we may investigate switching but is currently not an option.
