Bug Description
Going into the Calendar app and pressing "Create a new event" and then going into the Alarm and Repeat tabs, and hovering your mouse over the plus button gives it a dark gray background that almost hides the button and is probably unintentional. A picture can be seen here: https:/
When you go into other Elementary apps like System Settings, and go into a setting where you can add something(like Bluetooth, Printer or Keyboard), you don't see that effect on the plus button when you hover over it.
Although there is a different problem that the plus button in those system settings has. The very first time you go into one of those tabs like Printer, Keyboard, or Bluetooth, and look at the plus button, it'll have a very light gray background around it as seen here: https:/
Then, when you go back into System Settings, and then go back into any of those tabs, it'll look normal as seen here: https:/
This problem will then recur when you close System Settings, and then reopen it. It'll have this problem for the first time you boot up System Settings and go into one of those tabs with the plus button.
