libglade2: Please investigate demotion or port to Python3

libglade2 depends on Python2, and afaics there is no Python3 port available. Please investigate a Python3 port or a demotion of libglade2 and reverse dependencies to universe.

libglade2-dev depends on python for a small "libglade-convert" utility which still use python2, possible solutions include
- demoting libglade2-dev (which is it in main, it seems to have no rdepends there?)
- converting to python3
- removing the depends, those who need the utility can install python2.7 if needed

(we could also split the script to a new binary and put that one to universe but that seems more work that necessary)

the binary is in main because of the seed "* Extra-Include: *-dbg *-debug *-dev *-doc *-docs gir1.2-* *-examples" and could be overriden with an extra-Exclude
