Bug Description
iscsitarget-dkms was fixed to build with kernels which have a new sock_recvmsg (see bug #1701697). It uses a pre-build script which uses $kernelver to look for the sock_recvmsg signature. However, dkms does not always export $kernelver. If it's called from the autoinstaller (when installing a new kernel, for example, during its postinst), it won't be exported.
