ui_validate_simple is failing on master gate - logs are not collected

tqe-containers-gate-master-tripleo-ci-delorean-full-containers_minimal has been failing the ui_validate_simple test since 11/23.

The full logs is:

Also, ui_validate_simple.sh and validate_ui_simple.log on the localhost are never collected so it is hard to tell why the failure happens.

The best way to handle this is after all the logs are collected but before we have compressed the logs directory is to simply copy {{ local_working_dir }}/*.sh and {{ local_working_dir }}/*.log to the {{ artcl_collect_dir }}

    Add ui_validate_simple to the logs collected

    The ui_validate_simple test has been failing of late and
    it is hard to debug since logs are not collected
    from localhost.
    This review copies all the .sh and .log files
    from the local working dir to the log directory so that
    they are included in log collection.

Moving this to Fix Released as we have .sh file in logs and output in console.
