Add links to kube-manager config_db introspect objects

Currently introspect of config_db objects display just text data. Some of the object attributes are actually uuids of different objects in the same database.
Create those fields as links, when they are clicked the introspect should take us to the exact object of that uuid.

Link config_db objects of kube_manager introspect

In kube_manager introspect, config_db objects often have uuid fields
that point to different objects of the same database. Made those fields
thrift link fields which create proper object requests. Those clickable
links can display referred object of the config_db database.
