snapcraft depends on python3-pysha3 which is changing its name

Bug Description

Snapcraft is currently blocking upgrade of python3-pysha3 to version 1.0.2-2 - see bug #1734469
for some reason python3-pysha3 is changing to python3-sha3, so the dependency of snapcraft will have to be updated (in bionic).
