Web Client - usability issues logging out on mobile device

In 3.0.1: We are seeing usability issues when attempting to log out using some mobile devices.

1) In portrait view, the hamburger menu that contains the logout link isn't available without scrolling, so at first it looks like it's not present. After scrolling and expanding hamburger menu, the options are gray so it appears as if they aren't available even though they are.

2) In landscape view, I simply cannot scroll down to where the hamburger menu is (the last option I see is the English / language option), so cannot log out without switching to portrait view.

I have not tested on a wide variety of devices, so I'm not sure if this problem is specific to certain types or sizes of devices.
