[Comm.] IBM JDK >=8.0.5.5 integration into Ubuntu

We will use this to track the 8.0.5.5 release packages(next release)

Uploaded the latest version of Java8 (8.0.5.5) Debian packages for all the supported platforms onto Canonical FTP Server:

Sorry, the fact that this is a package in the (largely deprecated) partner archive means it's not part of the standard SRU review process. I've accepted this now into partner/xenial-proposed for building and testing.

I did a brief test of the package and the content (like I did for the prior version) and it looks good.

From my point of view this package is ready for publication.
