Buttons to go right, left, rotate are not well visible

I tested this on 18.04.

In my opinion, the buttons to go right, left or rotate are not well visible unless you hover over them.

Is this intentional or a bug?

I suggest to increase the contrast on non-hover so that it's more visible what these buttons do.
