Bug Description

Please backport dovecot 1:2.2.27-3ubuntu1 (main) from bionic to artful.

Reason for the backport:
========================
The main reason is fighting Spam. The old 'antispam' plugin is deprecated in favour of a new Sieve feature. But this is not available for dovecot < 2.2.24.
The existing antispam plugin does not work out of the box. And so, fighting spam on privately owned mail servers gets harder and harder. So having this package (and the related ones) backported, would be perfect.
I would be willing to participate in testing. Just let me know.

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s bionic -d artful dovecot

* artful:
[ ] Package builds without modification
[ ] dovecot-pgsql installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-mysql installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-sieve installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-core installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-ldap installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-solr installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-dev installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-pop3d installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-imapd installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-managesieved installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-sqlite installs cleanly and runs
[ ] mail-stack-delivery installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-gssapi installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-dbg installs cleanly and runs
[ ] dovecot-lmtpd installs cleanly and runs

Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of dovecot. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new dovecot. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new dovecot installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.

Sorry, it looks like I used the tool wrong. I need a backport for Ubuntu 16.04 :( I'll try again.
