Whoa, I didn't realize this problem was so bad. Let me see if I can find a fix.. I'll try to make a new release this weekend.

thanks for the quick feedback.

The autopkg test failures were blocking new twisted versions in Ubuntu for about
12 months. We saw build failures, as communicate to ubuntu-devel-announce, and
now Debian filed a release critical issue too.

I just released foolscap-0.13.0, which ought to fix this.. let me know if you see any problems, or if I can help with getting it into debian/ubuntu before the package gets removed. Thanks!

Sigh, I've got some unreliable tests that fail on slower systems (I unwisely used fixed-duration delays in many places). I've pushed a new commit to make that particular test file reliable, but I've seen others fail kinda randomly.

I'll see what other low-hanging test-reliability fruit there is, fix what I can today, and then push a new release tonight.
