contrail-ansible-internal should have a configuration to run ansible in different verbose levels

Bug Description

All 4.0+ releases

Today, it can get very hard to debug contrail-ansible-internal playbook failures unless the user has an option to set different verbose levels in contrail-ansible-internal playbooks

It can get even worse in 14.04 where the container itself would exit on playbook failures
