uBlock Origin 1.13.8 is not compatible with Firefox 57

The version of uBlock-Origin currently packaged in Bionic, Artful and Xenial is not compatible with the version of Firefox currently packaged.
xul-ext-ublock-origin should be updated to 1.16.*

This bug is fixed in Debian unstable (1.16.6+dfsg-1), but contains important bug, which is reported in Debian (899365), this bug should be fixed in 1.16.6+dfsg-2 release:

Latest uBlock Origin packages are uploaded to Ubuntu Cosmic and Debian unstable (1.16.6+dfsg-1), but contains important bug, which is reported in Debian (899365).
I've backported ublock-origin 1.16.6+dfsg-1 to official Baltix GNU/Linux repository - ppa:baltix (see https://launchpad.net/~baltix/+archive ), you can test if webext-ublock-origin package works correctly

If webext-ublock-origin doesn't work with Ubuntu's Firefox - bug should be fixed in 1.16.6+dfsg-2 release:
