Bug Description

postgresql-9.6-pgq3 will hold up postgresql-10 migration, which is entangled with everything else.

it currently fails to build from source, even after the debian/control is tweaked/regenerated for postgresql-10. I've tried to fix it a few times now, and failing.

I recommend demoting skytools3 to bionic-proposed, until at least the migration of doom migrates.

It was removed from Debian in that bug, and AFAICT I can't find it in Ubuntu anymore. Can anyone else confirm?
