Allow login with OpenID Connect (GitHub, Google, Facebook, etc. accounts) everywhere possible

There are complaints about having to register a separate account for each of the various Mixxx facilities: forum, Freenode/IRC, wiki, Launchpad, GitHub, mailing list

OpenID Connect would be a good solution to this because it allows logging in with accounts people may already have at other sites such as GitHub, Facebook, Google, etc.

This bug is to track progress on adding this ability to as many of our facilities as possible, starting with the forums and wiki, over which we have direct control.

Forum software needs to be upgraded to get OAuth support. I'm working on getting access,
Wiki now has the needed plugin installed and I'm waiting on those with duplicate accounts (E-mail addresses) on the wiki to respond with which user name is their current one. (The OAuth plugin requires unique E-mail addresses.)

The Ubuntu One login (used for Launchpad) is an OpenID 2.0 provider. (Not OpenID Connect/OAuth unfortunately.) There is currently no way around having a separate LP/Ubuntu One account and a separate GitHub account. (Neither service allows authentication from any other.)
