Bug Description
* Current result:
Given I am in the controller/machine details in the commissioning section
When the row is expanded
Then I can see that there is no padding between the top row icon and the table border
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in the controller/machine details in the commissioning section
When the row is expanded
Then I can see the the right padding between the top row icon and the table border (per Vanilla guidelines)
