Bug Description

UI dropdown for tag list update doesnt differentiate global objects with "global:" prefix
Please refer the attached screenshot. The system has both local and global site tags blr and svl.

Differentiate global and project object for tag( Deployment, Site, Tier and Labels).

Changed “Flow Export Rate” in popup to “Session Export Rate/secs” similar to

Forwarding options grid.
