Bug Description

The unique ubuntu fix (gcc 4.3 build failure) is applied upstream.

Debian changelog:
 xapian-core (1.0.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release. Closes: #444858
     + Fixes compilation with latest GCC 4.3 snapshot. Closes: #441618
   * debian/control.in,debian/rules: Use "${binary:Version}" instead of
     "${Source-Version}" (except on sarge and dapper which predate
     "${binary:Version}").
