Bug Description

Printer HP Desk Jet GT 5811 AIO ,purchased on 07/11/2017.S/N CN7605G2KB,Product 1WW43A,Printing from pc ok,zerox ok[Manually] Scanner not working.I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 32 bit.

Hi,
Can you provide details on the error seen during the scan initiate?
please capture the output of hp-scan -g and upload the file for review.
