Package clash with suggested docker-ce repo in tripleo-docs

The document has a link to the upstream Docker installation instructions.

If docker-ce is installed from those upstream repos, there is a clash with the attempted installation of docker by the tripleo deploy command.

The docs for Queens are lagging behind this https://review.openstack.org/#/c/515967/11/tripleoclient/v1/undercloud_deploy.py change, which do not install docker with the client any more. I'm not sure how to resolve this bug for Q. As for Pike, tripleo-docs do not have stable branches, and 'undercloud containers deploy' is experimental in Pike. Given that said, the best effort fix for Pike would be to remove the docker link perhaps.

We don't recommend using upstream docker released version as we do not guarantee this function.
