Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in a Subnet details page
When Network discovery is disabled and I click on Map subnet from Actions
Then I get a confirmation message and when I click Map subnet from there nothing happens and I have no idea why
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in a Subnet details page
When Network discovery is disabled and I click on Map subnet from Actions
Then instead of a confirmation I get an information message or a warning saying that this Action is not possible because Network discovery is disabled

I've tested this and have been unable to reproduce. I think it is the access of your MAAS.
