[2.3rc2, UI] When a test has failed the expanded panel should have information about the failure (instead of metric info)

Bug Description
When a test has failed it most likely hasn't produced any metrics. As such, it would be useful to use the expanded panel to show a short message explaining why it failed.
Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in the machine details in the hardware tests section
When I expand a failed test
Then I can see a message No metrics provided
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in the machine details in the hardware tests section
When I expand a failed test
Then I see a short message explaining why the failure occured
