More authority data is required in test dataset

This is a wishlist request for more authority data to be added to the Concerto dataset. The following would make this test data most useful:

- the authority records should either match names, subjects, series, etc. of existing Concerto MARC records or be added along with companion MARC records

- the authority records should be linked to those bib records with the authority record numbers in the appropriate subfield 0's of the bib records.

- the authority records should also be linked to each other using the subfield 0 of the 4xx and 5xx fields.

Due to the last two bullet points, the authority records should probably be assigned static ids.
