web client serials: adding item alert note requires refresh to display correctly on receive

Web Client 3.0+
If you add an item alert note while in the Manage Issues grid, the browser window has to be refreshed before receiving that item in order for the note to correctly display at receiving. Expected/preferred behavior would be for the note to display in the receive modal without the browser being refreshed.
To duplicate:
From Manage Issues, right-click (or use the actions menu) to add an Item Note to an expected issue.
When creating the note, check the alert checkbox.
Save the note and return to the grid.
Receive the issue with the note. The note will not display in the receive modal.
Exit the modal without saving and refresh the browser.
Again receive the issue with the note. This time the note will display correctly in the receive modal.

More info here (testing on 3.6):
If you receive the item using "Receive Next", the note will not display without a refresh.
If you receive the item by right-clicking the relevant line and choosing "Receive Selected" the note WILL display without a refresh.
