Concerto dataset's serials data should be populated

There's currently no serials data in the Concerto dataset.

Some data elements to include:
* Bib records featuring Serials or Magazines titles
* Some bib records with:
    * Subscriptions with predicted issues, some received already
        * Subscriptions with a start and end date
        * Subscriptions without an end date
    * MFHD statements
    * both subscriptions and MFHD statements
* Serial Copy Templates

For 3.0.0 and above, data elements to include:
* Prediction Pattern Templates
   *especially templates with exceptions in the pattern, e.g. combined monthly issues

Note that a few serials records and subscriptions are available in the Enhanced Concerto Data Set (Caster, New York Times, The Publishers Weekly, Time) but they do not have prediction patterns or MFHDs entered.
