Typos in Bagpipe composable service

Environment file neutron-bgpvpn-bagpipe.yaml contains errors for example:

# Required (example)
# BapipeMyAs: 64512

It should be Bagpipe. It will crash when deploying with message:

2017-11-08 05:24:16Z [overcloud]: UPDATE_FAILED Resource UPDATE failed: resources.ComputeServiceChain: Error in 16 output role_data: The Parameter (BagpipeMyAs) was not provided.

There are also typos in bagpipe puppet services.

    Fixing typos in the Bagpipe driver environment file

      It avoids to successfully deploy BGPVPN with
      Bagpipe driver.
