Given I am in Machine details
When I click "Edit" in the Tags card
Then I am taken to the Settings section with no clear indication of where tags can be edited
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in Machine details
When I click "Edit" in the Tags card
Then I am taken to the Settings section, already in in edit mode, with the "tags" field clearly shown.
[Ubuntu 16.04]
