[2.3rc2, UI] The chevron in the filtering does not update when expanded

The chevron doesn't turn around to look upwards when a filter is expanded.

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I am using the filtering accordion
When I expand a filter
Then the chevron of this filter does not go to expanded state

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am using the filtering accordion
When I expand a filter
Then the chevron of this filter goes to expanded state

I think this is a bug in vanilla.

AFAICS there are two ".accordion .accordion__tab .accordion__tab-title.is-active" rules that match the elenment, but the first one has the chevron-down asset instead of the -up one.

Marked as invalid as the filtering panel no longer uses chevrons.
