Bug Description
This is just an idea, i don't really know if this is viable or else. But i think it would be nice to have a PM (Private Message) system for quickly send a pm to an user and etc.
I think it's more easy to just try finding it in IRC (not everyone uses irc thou) or just to write an e-mail for quick message.
