[R4.1-36]: session bytes/pkt in sess_agg_info are always set to zero

Session bytes/pkt in sess_agg_info are always set to zero, however it should be sum of all the sessions.

This was fine in earlier builds.

Send aggregated sampled bytes and packets in Session messages

Aggregated sampled bytes and packets were getting constructed from
logged bytes and packets instead of sampled bytes and packets.
