Some docker image names are still hardcoded in t-h-t

We want to set the image names from tripleo-common and pass them via heat parameters. We should not hardcode them in t-h-t.

    Remove hardcoded docker image names

    They shouldn't be here. We control the image names via tripleo-common.

    The names of the images are controlled via tripleo-common and shouldn't
    be hardcoded in t-h-t.
