Examples and tutorials not built with the new build system

    When using a separate build directory:

    mkdir build
    cd build
    ../configure --prefix=/path/to/install

    the programs in Examples and Tutorial do not get compiled,
    There is a single Makefile. When typing ‘make’ nothing happens.

    In Examples/dom, there are executables, but the ‘pseudo.xml' file
    is not present.

These programs are currently compiled only when doing "make check".

I will change the behaviour to build them all the time.

Now fixed. Examples and tutorials are built all the time, and run when doing 'make check'.

I was not able to make the DOM tests succeed, though. This is however another bug I'll submit now.
