Bug Description
hi team,
we are trying to integrate with bibliotheca self check system and RFID gate. Self check system is connected with RAW port successfully, but there is some issue in integrating with RFID gate with SIP2. if gate is SIP2 connected, the self check kiosk is going offline. created another user account in SIP2 also negatively resulted.
we are using evergreen 2.11.8 version.
