Bug Description
Router: Linksys WRT3200ACM
Router Firmware: stock
UPnP: enabled
Operating system: Ubuntu 17.10
Connection: wireless
The app doesn't list anything inside the gui.
Transmission uses UPnP and changes ports without issues.
Add button doesn't work (I guess it should have opened up a popup to add the device manually?).

Hello, thank you for the time spent filling this bug report.
From the log you provided I see that the only device UPnP found is "notebook: minidlna". There isn't any "WANConnectionD evice" mandatory to set port forwarding.
Have you more than one network interfaces enabled, like eth0 and wlan0?
Regards.
