Bug Description
In 3.0.1:
Adding or removing a patron note (Other > Notes) doesn't automatically refresh the screen so number of notes on the patron summary bar remains the same until a manual refresh.
(In comparison, adding an alert under Messages > Apply Penalty / Message does refresh the screen.)

Noting that as part of the Consolidate Patron Notes work, bug 1846354, the new Notes interface does refresh the Notes counter (which is now in the tab bar above the main patron area) automatically.
Once that is merged this can be closed.
