Bug Description

the proposed libgdal20 2.2.2+dfsg-2 package cant be upgraded:

sudo apt upgrade libgdal20
....

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libopencv-imgcodecs3.2 : Depends: gdal-abi-2-2-1
 libvtk6.3 : Depends: gdal-abi-2-2-1
E: Broken packages

vtk6 is now two years old, maybe upload at least 7.1 version
