Bug Description

Please sync tinymux 2.10.1.14-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Revert PIE changes now as ubuntu has the latest dpkg.
  * Revert PIE changes now as ubuntu has the latest dpkg.
  * Disable PIE during build for all archs.
  * Disable PIE during build for all archs.

As the changelog mentions, the Ubuntu-only changes were dropped
when a newer version of dpkg entered the archive, so this package
is effectively delta-less.

Changelog entries since current bionic version 2.10.1.13-1ubuntu2:

tinymux (2.10.1.14-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release
    + fixes integer/pointer comparison (Closes: #853683)
  * Update Standards-Version in debian/control from 3.9.8 to 4.0.1 (no
    change needed).
  * cppflags.diff was accepted upstream and therefore dropped from the
    package.
  * Added PCRE license to debian/copyright.
  * Dropped unnecessary build dependencies (Closes: #877604)
